This is great for multi-taskers as it leaves their hands virtually free to do other things while “talking” with one of our customer service reps on-line.
For questions or issues that do not require an immediate response, e-mail is the most crackerjack way to let our staff know what you need. It provides you with a hard copy of a communications for reference. The great thing is you put your question or request out there and then you are free to move on to do other things.
