Is there anyone that really enjoys being placed on hold? We don’t think so. That is why we have designed support options that help you get the help you want when you need it.

We have provided our customers with different options to contact our customer service staff. Customer preferences have been taken into account when we designed our communications system. Not everybody likes to talk on the phone, many people find e-mail to be the best option, while some others prefer to have a more formal internal form of communication. We have allowed for all of these in an attempt to accommodate our clients.

TELEPHONE

Many people prefer the personal contact that comes with a phone call. It can be a great way to convey urgency and importance while providing you a sense of immediate satisfaction. That personal component is highly regarded by many and they feel it’s the best way to get the answers they need. Our customer service staff is standing by to take your call. All calls are answered promptly and resolutions are achieved as quickly as possible.

ONLINE CHAT

Want a one-on-one, real-time dialogue but hate talking on the phone? Our online chat option gives you that immediate connection and open line of communication. This is great for multi-taskers as it leaves their hands virtually free to do other things while “talking” with one of our customer service reps on-line.

EMAIL

For questions or issues that do not require an immediate response, e-mail is the most crackerjack way to let our staff know what you need. It provides you with a hard copy of a communications for reference. The great thing is you put your question or request out there and then you are free to move on to do other things.

The e-mail contact option on our site is quick and easy. You will be presented with an online form to fill out with all the necessary information and once you’ve completed everything, you send it off to our service department. Representatives are on-hand to receive those e-mails and further address your issues and questions getting back to your with a resolution as quickly as possible.

It is important to note that whatever line of communication you choose, you should have your account number handy or include it in your initial chat or e-mail.

Regardless of the type of communication used, they are all handled in the order that they are received in our offices. Certain times of the day are busier than others and you may experience minimal holdings before being helped.

In those instances, for best satisfaction, we recommend using the on-line chat option as it is the most efficient way to get in touch with us.
